CYBERSPACE – TopBucks/Plug In Feeds/Pink Visual/Yappo, one of the fastest-growing companies in the adult industry, recently announced big changes at the top, with Alison Vivas being appointed as president and with Tom Murtagh stepping in as vice president.

For 2007, and in her new role at the helm of the company, Vivas has set some high goals for the company. "We've been growing at a rapid rate and, because of that, we have become more goal focused," she said. "We'll be constantly clarifying the path we are going down. Our plans are focused on quality and making our products stand apart from the competition. Providing the customer with exactly what they want, in the best way possible, is our primary focus. We will also be focusing more on innovation. We want to be the first to do new things in the industry; we want to be the leaders, not the followers. We are trying to anticipate some of these changes that are currently taking shape in the industry, and we will embrace them and take it to the next level." Allison Vivas has been with TopBucks/Pink Visual since 2001.

Company’s President Allison Vivas called the new appointment of Tom Murtagh as Vice President of Operations a key to continuing to improve company’s operational effectiveness. "From the moment we met him, Tom stood apart from the rest: He is very focused, very motivated, and within two months, he has already vastly improved our current business. His work ethic and efficiency have allowed us to get some of our new projects off the ground faster than we had originally anticipated. We are happy to have him aboard," said Allison Vivas.

Tom has more than 11 years of leadership and process improvement experience which includes: A Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, supervision, training, and development with Fortune 500 Companies.
In his new role, Tom will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, managing department interaction and project work, implementing quality systems and process improvement, and strengthening the infrastructure for growth.
